The prices given in the price list are calculated per day considering one apartment rental. For example if price for 2 bedroom apartment is 90 EUR per day and there are staying 3 guest, then price per person is 30 EUR/day.
The rental price includes:
- VAT 5 %
- bed linen and towels according to the number of quests
- cleaning once a week
- all expenses (water and electricity consumption, heating, etc.)
- internet connection (in case apartment rental has it)
Our every apartment rental in Tallinn has full furnishing, accessories, and conveniences to make you feel right at home.
Furnishing consists of:
- Color television
- Fridge
- Complete bedding with linen
- Most apartment rentals have washing machine and dishwasher. Please check it beforehand.
- Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are provided on previous request
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare a good dinner. Just bring the groceries and start cooking.- Dish settings, glasses
- Cookware and baking dishes
- Cooking tools and serving utensils
- Coffee maker and tea kettle
- Some apartment has microwave and toaster.

Our mission is not to be the biggest company offering accommodation in Tallinn, in fact we are relatively small compared to others. This way we can keep good service and personal approach to every customer.
We have apartments with different size and levels. Some apartment rentals are smaller and can be classified as economically efficient choice. Some apartments are luxury ones, having sauna, Jacuzzi, etc. Of course price in this case is much higher. We try to keep a good ratio between the volume of price and quality considering our apartments.
